What this is

Learn to capture how work gets done: choosing processes to document, recording and writing steps, screenshots and checklists, storing SOPs where people find them and running regular reviews. The course is organized into 6 modules — why document, mapping, writing SOPs, media, testing and rollout and maintenance — with 18 lessons in total, so you build the skill in a sensible order and can return to any part when you need it.

It does not promise that documentation alone will fix capacity or quality problems. It teaches you how to capture, write, test and maintain standard operating procedures that people will actually follow.

What you will be able to do

  • Choose which processes to document first
  • Map a process from trigger to outcome
  • Write a clear SOP with steps, owners and checks
  • Use screenshots, short videos and checklists effectively
