What this is
Learn to plan customer interviews, ask non-leading questions, run simple surveys, synthesize findings and turn evidence into product, offer and messaging decisions. The course is organized into 6 modules — research foundations, recruiting, interviewing, other methods, synthesis and acting on findings — with 18 lessons in total, so you build the skill in a sensible order and can return to any part when you need it.
It does not replace large-scale quantitative research and it does not promise that customers will buy what they say they want. It teaches a practical interview and synthesis method so your decisions rest on evidence instead of guesses.
What you will be able to do
- Define a research question and choose who to talk to
- Recruit interviewees and run a 30-minute discovery interview
- Ask about past behavior instead of hypothetical opinions
