What this is
For people running teams or small businesses who need to make decisions from financial statements. Covers the profit and loss statement, balance sheet basics, cash flow, margins, unit economics and simple budgeting. The course is organized into 6 modules — the three statements, profit versus cash, unit economics, budgets and forecasts, decisions with numbers and the monthly review — with 18 lessons in total, so you build the skill in a sensible order and can return to any part when you need it.
It is not accounting or tax training and it is not financial, investment or tax advice. You will still need an accountant for compliance and specialist questions; the course helps you understand the numbers well enough to ask better questions and run the business.
